Phase Three: Documentation
Once the Foundation and Workflow are both in place, the process of documentaion begins. The 'Tribal Knowledge' is captured and stored here. Additionally, other commonly accessed information such as Process documentation, and new funcionality are also stored for later use. This step ensures that the implementation is up to date, and remains the full benefit of the tools are recognized accross the enterprise.
